Rent is $ 1200 per month. The utilities electric, water, sewer and trash cost a flat fee of $ 285 per month. Cable and Internet are available for subscription from spectrum but not included.
The pictures were taken before current tenant moved in. The house will be rented generally unfurnished or partially furnished. The house has a newer central AC system, a newer metal roof, electric fireplace and wall mounted TV. There are two bedrooms, a living/dining area connected to the kitchen and a small utility room with a stacked washer/dryer. We will do a standard background check that cost $ 29 for eachapplicant.
